Cyber-Ark's Secure Email Manager, part of the Inter-Business Vault, creates an intuitive, simple and secure file transfer straight from your email client for immediate exchange of information without any limitations on attachment file size.

Cyber-Ark's Secure Email Manager, also available as a gateway server that integrates with Data Loss Prevention (DLP) solutions and mail servers, further enforces security policies around data protection across the enterprise. Business users can send secure emails from anywhere without installing anything using Cyber-Ark's Secure Email Gateway. Encryption is performed by typing in a unique identifier in the subject line, alternatively, any message with a sensitive content parameter as defined in the DLP solution e.g. Social Security numbers, Credit cards, Personal Health information, etc will automatically be encrypted to protect that file when transferred.
By typing in a unique identifier in the subject line (@e), the message will automatically be encrypted through Cyber-Ark's Secure Email Gateway.
